In the DC suburbs, there are plenty of artists looking to get their foot in door, but not enough doors trying to let them in. I would like to start a multimedia company that allows up and coming artists to get an entry level position, giving them real world experience and allowing them to earn income at the same time. We would have audio production, as well as graphic design and video production. We would be able to facilitate clients with because of our diverse staff. For instance, we could have our photographers take wedding photos and videos, and then pass that along to our graphic, audio and video departments who would then form a package that is special to the clients needs. There is untapped talent that can make this possible, if given the means to do so. The creation of this company would open the doors to a lot of local artists and would really show off their talents to the area.
